Through my years of experience from leading teams, I have demonstrated an ability to leverage multiple communication tools such as storyboarding and prototyping to ensure the team is aligned on the brand vision and design concepts.

My cross-functional team experience serves as a bridge between understanding the client's business objectives and developing concepts that both answer those needs and push creative limits. To bring these concepts to life I was responsible for managing the Graphic Design, Web Development and Content teams. I utilized Lean and Agile project management principles to enable the team to deliver a high-quality User Experience on time and on budget.

My career in the film industry and agency background have given me the tools to lead and mentor a high performing creative team capable of successfully delivering campaigns with high engagement rates throughout the different digital and social platforms.
