The Sound of CX Done Right
Ada’s ABM Campaign
Project Overview
Stage: Direct Mail + Digital Omnichannel Campaign
Scope: 24 Personalized Landing Pages + 150+ Supporting Assets
Mandate: Position Ada's voice AI platform for enterprise C-suite buyers. Drive pipeline opportunity through narrative-driven creative paired with AI-assisted execution at scale.
Outcome: $1.2M in pipeline opportunity
The Context
Ada needed to communicate the value of Voice—its state-of-the-art CX voice product—to enterprise decision-makers across 24 different airlines.
The challenge? Every airline had its own IROPS priorities, tech stack, and unique customer experience challenges. Building 24 separate campaigns wasn’t an option.
I led both the creative strategy and operational execution to develop a scalable campaign system that could flex to each airline’s needs—without sacrificing consistency, efficiency, or creative impact.

Creative Platform
Core Insight:
Disruptions are where loyalty is won or lost. In those critical moments, Ada’s agent becomes the calm, trusted voice customers can rely on; turning friction into an opportunity to build lasting trust.I translated this into a campaign that worked at two levels:
The emotional narrative (for C-suite decision-makers)
The technical proof points (for procurement teams evaluating the platform)
Each landing page, email, and asset laddered back to the same truth: Ada makes customers feel heard when it matters most.
-
This campaign required simultaneous leadership across:
Creative strategy + narrative development
Figma design system + Claude Code token architecture
24 landing page variations + personalization
150+ AI-assisted asset generation + refinement
Claude Design for mobile UI templates
Direct mail production coordination
Cross-functional deployment using Claude + Sanity MCP connector
I owned the line from insight to execution. Every variation maintained the narrative. Every asset was refined, not automated.
-
The numbers validate the approach:
$1.2M in qualified pipeline opportunity
24 personalized landing pages deployed from a single token system
150+ AI-assisted assets generated and refined
Direct mail delivery to 24 target executives
The campaign established a repeatable model for how to scale personalized creative at enterprise level without losing craft or narrative coherence.
The Process
1. Ideation + Strategy
I led an ideation session with Ada's Growth Marketing VP and the marketing team. We landed on the core insight: disruptions are moments that define loyalty. Ada's agent isn't a feature, it's the calm voice when delays happen. That became the narrative throughline for the entire campaign.
2. Modular Landing Page System
I designed the landing page template in Figma, then translated it into a code-based token system using Claude Code.
The constraint: 24 different airlines, each with a different priority challenge they were trying to solve. The solution: build the template once in Figma, tokenize it for development, then deploy variations using Claude and Sanity's MCP connector to expedite the process.
I coordinated with Ada's web developer to ship all 24 personalized landing pages. Each variation addressed the specific priority challenge that airline was trying to solve, but they all shipped from the same token system. This is how you scale without fragmentation.
3. 24 Personalized Landing Pages
I coordinated deployment of all 24 landing page variations with Ada's web developer. Each one reflected the airline's specific priority challenge and operational context. Every page maintained the same core narrative and visual system.
4. 150+ AI-Enhanced Assets
I applied the same systematic approach to asset generation: build once, tokenize, produce.
I started by designing a single template for each asset format (email headers, LinkedIn graphics, direct mail layouts). Then I used Claude and Figma to generate variations across all 24 airline contexts. Claude handled copywriting direction and messaging variation. Magnific handled image generation with meta prompting to ensure output quality.
For mobile phone UI mockups, I used Claude Design to develop the template. This ensured consistency across all device-specific assets while maintaining brand alignment.
Once the template was locked, I tokenized the production process. This meant I could generate 150+ unique assets without starting from scratch each time. Each asset was refined before deployment, but the system enabled speed without sacrificing craft.
5. Direct Mail Execution
I coordinated procurement and delivery of direct mail components to the target executives. A physical touchpoint in an email-filled inbox reinforcing the narrative and driving response.
Campaign Ecosystem
Every asset was mapped to a single objective: get the executive to book a strategy session.
Personalized landing pages with airline-specific priority challenge framing
Email sequences
Paid media (role + airline context-specific on LinkedIn)
Direct mail (reinforcing the narrative at scale)
This required coordination across channels and production timelines.
The challenge was delivering 150 variations of supporting assets without defaulting to pure automation.
I used Claude Code to translate the Figma template into a token system. I used Claude and Sanity's MCP connector to coordinate page deployment.
I used Claude Design for mobile UI templates. I used Envato for image generation with meta prompting.
But I didn't ship anything that felt automated. Every template was locked before tokenization. Every prompt was refined. Every output was reviewed. Every asset earned its place.
My balance of AI fluency and human judgment is how I scaled an ambitious campaign creating value and not AI slop.
